Health Chat – How To Lose Bloat And Detox, Naturally

Did Super Bowl Sunday find you a little too indulgent? Or maybe it was a recent girls night out? For me, there was 1 too many cocktails on my birthday last week. But hey, it’s all good. Life is a series of choices and, hopefully, we’re just doing the best we can in the moment. Not going to lie, though… I didn’t feel my best the day after those drinks. And I thank God for that because there’s always a purpose and a new reason to serve. See, that particular incident prompted me to go LIVE and shatter some myths about detoxifying and losing bloat. There are just so many gimmicks out there – that people swear by, of course – and they’re just plain dangerous for your body.

It’s really no coincidence that a synonym for detox is crash – because THAT is exactly what happens to the majority of well intentioned people when attempting such a diet. Listen, when you truly understand how the body works, you can literally feel better within hours. Please allow me to guide you on ways to discern (detox) products marketed to you, how to understand what’s going on in your body, destroy some myths constantly preached, how to lose bloat the natural way, and more!

Ultimately, every issue you experience with your body comes back to inflammation and, in turn, gut health. Look, it’s sincerely my life’s passion to see you performing at your best. Every day. Health Chat – Potential Dangers Of A Keto Diet

While we’re on the subject of detox, there are many who refer to the ketogenic diet – widely known as “keto” — as a kind of detoxification plan. Before we get to that, though… let’s discuss its recent popularity for a hot minute. I’m sure you’ve seen the term keto pop up everywhere these days. You can’t miss it! Celebrities, such as: Halle Berry, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kobe Bryant are addicted to this diet lifestyle and continue to market it as a “reset button” for your health. If you go into Google and do a custom search for the term “ketogenic diet,”  you’ll find people are searching for it 6x more than at the same time last year!

The overriding belief is that to shed weight you should replace your body’s usual dependent energy supply, carbs, with fats. That it’s possible to shift your body from being the traditional “sugar burner” to one of a “fat burning” machine!

But is that safe? Too good to be true? I’m going to let Ashley, Lead RD and Program Director of ONE3ONE Method, explain in the video below. She’s the expert, you know? She’ll be sure to lay out any potential dangers with keto and give you some tips on how to do it the right way!

Health Chat – How To Make Healthy Habits Stick

It’s so easy to fall into bad habits. Don’t they have an uncanny ability to sneak into your everyday and hang around for the long haul? We’ve all been there. One potato chip becomes a whole bag (I mean, who can eat just ONE!?), skipping a workout today turns into 6 months, enjoying 2 glasses of wine a week becomes a nightly winding down ritual. And, well, you get it. It seems, much of the time, we’re not even aware of our unhealthy routine. It just becomes our normal. Now, I’m guessing you’ve probably heard a lot of experts talk about how to set healthy habits and what time of day is optimum for that. However, my take is different. Check out this video for my 2 cents on the best time of day to set yourself up for a successful tomorrow – and, eventually, life – and the steps needed to get there!

Dude, this season’s SmartLife PUSH Journals are flying off the shelves! And that is because YOU helped me create the best system for cementing good habits on the daily. Make sure to pick up yours today!

And, as seen in the video, your ONE3ONE Hydration System was designed by our team to help keep you in check with the amount of water needed EVERY day. Being as 3 out of 4 people are not getting anywhere near their recommended daily water intake, I hope you truly consider this life changing on-the-go method.
