Why You Feel Weird After the Holidays

It’s normal to feel… well, a little off after the holidays.  Most are overwhelmed with feelings of sluggishness, lack of motivation, and just an overall sense of “blah”.

Here’s why you feel the way you do… You haven’t been on your normal routine!  You most likely have been going to bed at a different time, getting up at a different time, eating at different times, not eating what you normally eat, maybe drinking more than usual; things are just off, and all of this throws you off! We are creatures of habit.  We crave and thrive off of routine.
