    I sent an email a few weeks back wanting to do the 30 day push challenge. I got a response saying I would get my first email at the beginning on next month to begin (Nov). Last week I got another email for day 5 and since have gotten day 6, 7, 8 but never got the first 4 days. How do I begin the challenge? I’m so excited to start!

  2. I love this book. It has changed my life. I am doing the to-do lists (apps) with my husband and the work so well. The goal setting is broken down much better than I have ever heard before. Plus Chalene is great. I am 30 days in the Chalean Extreme program. I had already lost weight doing 21 day fix and so mix her program with the 21 day fix eating and I feel great. I lost another 5 pounds this month and feel my muscles toning up. I look forward to the workouts everyday. Thank you

  4. I Started the 30 Day Challenge. Just got Wanderlist on my iPad. Joined the Courageous Confident Club. Downloaded the PUSH Planner. Just purchased the PUSH book. Joined a fitness club. Joined Denise Austin’s 10 Week 360 Plan.
