If you want upfront seating and early access to the room each day, be sure to upgrade your ticket to the VIP Lifer experience.
Internet access is only available in the meeting rooms, hotel rooms and lobby. Internet access may not be available in the main ballroom.
Guest tickets must be used in conjunction with your ticket and there is a one-time transfer request allowed for bonus tickets. All cancellations and guest changes must be made 2 weeks prior to the event to [email protected] Failing to cancel your registration if you choose not to attend will result in a $95 material fee.
Make sure to forward all information regarding the event to your guest or share this website with them. We do not include guests on email updates regarding the event.

It’s sunny in SoCal, but it may be cool inside the ballroom so dress in layers. Many of you asked what to wear. Most people dress business casual, but we’ve noticed a trend at our events. The attire gets more and more comfy / casual as the days go on. Our days are long and we want you to be comfortable!
No refunds after 30 days. If after 30 days you can no longer attend, you can use your credit toward another product or transfer to the next event. If receiving a credit, access to the live event recordings will be revoked.
