3:14 action step 2 – make a habit of creating your to-do list at the same time everyday, if need be put a reminder in your phone
4:07 action step 3 – put as little as possible on your list… yes! only put on what HAS to get done that day

6:49 second life improving habit is to wake up early at least 3 days per week
7:30 action step 1 – set an early am meeting with someone to keep you accountable
8:15 action step 2 – set an alarm and put it in the other room or in a place that forces you to get our of bed to turn it off.
9:14 action step 3 – give someone, a partner / roommate / kids, permission to help you get up

13:37 action step 1 – subscribe to a podcast
14:36 action step 2 – go back to school in a way that supports your lifestyle
17:35 action step 3 – create a schedule where at least 3 times per week you’ll dedicate 30 minutes to getting smarter
