The cold holiday season is officially here and its time for us to stand strong. As the temperature drops, do you ever feel scared you’re going to pack on some extra pounds? Do you often find yourself letting your reins slip a bit this time of year when it comes to maintaining your health, and ultimately the food that you put in your mouth?
