I think the chair is one of the worst inventions when it comes to our posture, blood flow, activity and over all health! I hate sitting. But as a busy entrepreneur… There are things that require hours of focus staring at a desktop. That’s just a reality. While I love my standing desk even that sometimes leaves me craving movement. I found this cool new add on and I think you’ll like it! It’s made by a company called “SpinTray” and I have no affiliation- but it seems so simple and affordable I had to share! It’s so easy to find ourselves getting up in the morning performing the same mindless routine. No thought. Get up, brush teeth, shower, breakfast, grab keys, repeat. We forget that to have the most crazy cool life… there must be rituals we commit to the night before to ensure the best day ever!
Many of us feel out of control because there are so many diversions – devices, forms of communication, people who demand our attention.
This makes it even more important for us to establish good habits before bed.
So, check out what I do every freakin’ night — 2020 style! This nightly routine guarantees my days are productive, balanced, and happy. Not to mention, brings a sense of calm to my mornings. And hey, I’m guessing that’s something most people could use as soon as that alarm shocks us into reality!
