Health Chat – How To Wake Up With Fresh Breath
Did you know that more than 80 million people suffer from bad breath (i.e., chronic halitosis)? The majority of cases stem from the tongue and gums. What are common culprits?
- Poor oral hygiene
- Food/drink intake – garlic, onions, coffee, tea
- Gum disease
- Medical conditions, like diabetes
- Hormonal changes
- Food particles
- Dry mouth
