Top 3 Tips for Boosting Metabolism and Weight Loss

Here are my 3 tips to boost your metabolism and lose weight without dieting.  Yes! It’s possible.  Some of these tips might make you serial dieters a little uncomfortable, however I want you to go into this video with an open mind.  I don’t know about you, but as I’ve gotten older, I feel like my body has let me down! And I’ll be completely honest with you… I’ve dieted.  And that is one of the worst things you can do for your metabolism.  So my goal with this video is to help you reset your body and lose weight WITHOUT dieting.

3 Tips to Boost your Metabolism and Lose Weight without Dieting:

  1. STOP DIETING.  When you restrict calories, you DO lose weight, BUT you also lose muscle! Your body’s job is to adapt, so at first when you restrict, you lose a lot of weight, but if you continue to restrict the body adapts by holding on to everything you put in it and burning LESS calories!  You should be eating a diet that is high in Micronutrients.
  2. YOU NEED MUSCLE. Muscle is what you need to burn fat and calories.  Muscle is what helps our body stay young!  If you want to lose weight, you should be lifting a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week.
  3. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS.  The average person is under estimating what they’re consuming and over estimating what they’re burning.  So figure out what the right ratio is for your diet.  You’ve got to eat the RIGHT amount of fats, proteins, and carbs!

  1. Hi my name is Hernetha. I have low metabolism due to thyroid disorder. This one of my reason for some weight gain and my other problem are due to arthritis in my ankles, knees, back and 4 surgeries due to carpal tunnel and trigger thumbs. I need the right exercise routine to help me to get more mobility.
