The Motivation to Behave your Way to Success

You’re about to learn about the focus and confidence you never knew you had.  Hopefully I’ll be able to help you shift your thinking, your stress level will drop, your brain will change, your body will transform, and your life will gently sway into balance.  I want to help you beyond chiseling your waistline.  I want to help change the landscape of your life.  My hope is that people will start to raise an eyebrow, and ask, “What has gotten in to you? You’re like a different person.”

We’re going to start with a few choice habits.  It’s much easier to change your behavior than it is to change your genetics.  It’s also much easier to change your behavior than it is to change your thought patterns.  As they say, behave your way to success, and eventually your brain will follow.  Experts suggest that married partners who have fallen out of love but who commit to behave as though they are deeply in love with their spouse will eventually experience a shift in their beliefs about their marriage.

I know you want success, and you want it to last.  Success is a matter of changing your routine and disciplining yourself to maintain a few well-proven habits.  Regardless of whether it’s diet, business, relationships, fitness, parenting, or all of the above that have brought you to me, if you adopt a few new habits, success is achievable.  Best of all, once you rebuild your foundation with me, the success you’ll experience will trickle into nearly every area of your life.

Successful people do what others know they should, but will not.  To become a success, or just to be more successful, you will need to do what average, less motivated people will not.  I need you to commit.  It’s your life.  It’s your health.  It’s your future.  You have dreams.  You know you deserve more and that what you’ve done up to this point has been average at best.  But you’re no longer interested in average!

Today you lay the first brick of your foundation.  What’s the first brick?  A decision.  You must decide that from now on, things will be different.  You have to fully, honestly, and completely decide if you’re ready to change – not just for a day or week, but for good.  You must first make a decision to succeed.  Once you’ve decided that you want to succeed, then you must commit to what’s necessary to make that happen.

Your first step is here >>> Smart Life Push Journal

It’s more than just a journal.  It’s the plan for your life. It’s an all-in-one life planner designed to help you become a highly productive, balanced, goal-crushing machine. After 20 years of productivity coaching, me and my husband Bret created the SmartLife™ PUSH Journals.  We firmly believe that a 90 day system produces optimal results. 1 year goals that look good on paper rarely work. They lack a clear action plan and fast-approaching deadline…or they disregard priorities leaving you unfulfilled and dissatisfied even when achieved. With this 90 day no-distractions system, you’ll create balance and achieve goals faster than ever!

The totally cool part about this journey we’re about to take is that it will actually help you to become more successful in all areas of your life.  If your open to it, decide right now.  What do you want… and what are you willing to do to accomplish it?

  36. Change is something I feel I am doing constantly however there are things I do that I want to change. Desperately. My current boyfriend is amazing and the first that genuinely wants good things for me and wants to work things out instead of pushing them under the rug. That being said I get defensive, I overanalyze and he says I need to be more confident and not let him walk all over me. I don’t know how to keep myself from these instant reactions and I’ve struggled with confidence my whole life. How do you change things at 30 that seem to be such a part of who you are? I have issues with food (I love it too much) and body image (skinny fat = 0 support) but to worry about trying to be a better person on top of it all not to mention trying to find a career path… It’s just so daunting. We love each other and support each other but we’re “old” and it’s stressful to hear things that worry him but not me about our communication and that it worries him that it doesn’t worry me. It’s been less than 2 years. It took my parents maybe 10 years, and I just see it as something everyone struggles with. It’s normal. So on top of it I’m worried about how worried he is. Whew! BTW did I mention I’m a worrier? Lol
I found turbo jam in 2007 and went from 150 to 135 lbs. For the first time I found fitness enjoyable. Got back up to 140-5 and did extreme with my bestie and dropped back to 135 and saw muscles and had strength I never thought I would. Then came turbo fire and I knew I had to have it. 2012 I worked hard 5-6 days a week and after 6 months of nothing I broke my plateau and started dropping like crazy. Got down to 122 and realized I was depressed and in an unhealthy relationship. Got out of it, met my love and now back to 130-5 I’m starting over once again.
Your programs changed my life. Thank you.

  37. I commit to making health and fitness top priority in my life. I want too show my daughter by example that she can accomplish anything she sets her mind to. I’m ready too sup being average and sp being afraid if success. I’m ready too stop caring what others think of me!

  38. I’m in:-) One year till my 40th and I’ve never reached my goal of maintaining a healthy weight or staying organized. I’ve been doing you 30 day push challenge and I’m changing/believing in myself more already! You are a true blessing!

  39. Journaling is such an amazing tool, even if you just use it to write down a few things a day that you’re grateful for. I know that has made a difference in my life and my online biz. Thank you for sharing this!
