We weren’t meant to live in fear
But we’re human and we’re susceptible to anxiety both real and imagined. Most times we are nervous about things that might happen in the future. We are afraid of that which we can’t control.

Many people are afraid of speaking in public. What’s the best way to overcome that fear? Speaking in public. To prepare, join a group such as Toastmasters and familiarize yourself with strategies to engage your audience. Then, you’re just going to have to do it. It will be scary the first time. But each time after that, it will get a little easier.
Don’t let your fears dictate your life
Consider your phobias and anxieties and tackle them now! Most of us can do so by exposure. Participate in the activity and it loses its power.
